At Lightgrowve, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns!

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact our support team at Lightgrowve@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
3️⃣ Pack the item securely and send it back within 20 days of receiving return approval.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

    6. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
